Papa Johns, was hired to answer phones, but outlined processes, created docs, and was told to send them to corporate. Constantly implemented improvements within my local store & was then trained to move into a management position in high school.

PalmTech, applied to be a social media manager & was promoted to Sales, Marketing, and Operations Coordinator before even starting. Helped create all of the SOPs for the entire company, onboarded all new clients and team members, lead meetings, and automated as much as I could.

Walgreens, took on a part time position while I worked on my second book, and within two weeks was promoted to Assistant Store Manager in Training. The ASM, GM, and DM all saw the asset that I could be & wanted to train me to be successful in that role.
